Instructional design is the science of creating instruction, including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Our web-based learning modules are developed to exacting standards and have been certified to meet or exceed the stringent criteria established by accrediting learning professional organizations for sound Instructional System Design (ISD). RDC designers and learning content are certified by the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET). These credentials recognize RDC's high quality learning content including:

• Terminal objectives and learning objectives with properly designed evaluation questions ensure that knowledge is transferred and learning objectives are met
